Ski rental Arc 1800
In the heart of the Vanoise massif, Arc 1800 is a pedestrian resort with a breath-taking view of Mont Blanc.
Arc 1800, a festive resort
Arc 1800 is the second village founded in Les Arcs in 1974. It is organised around 4 pedestrian areas with a mix of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. It is the resort of choice for board sports enthusiasts who also want an après-ski bubbling with activity. Arc 1800 is the largest village in the resort and has almost 20,000 beds and about 130 shops. A real miniature city awaits you amidst the larches. There is a 3,800 m² water sports centre and a bowling alley where holidaymakers can unwind after a day on the slopes.
The Arc 1800 ski area
From Arc 1800 you can easily reach many blue and red pistes. But there are 210 km of downhill slopes that you can explore throughout the entire ski area. With 1 green, 54 blue, 34 red and 18 black pistes, it is impossible to be bored! And for the most insatiable skiers, the adventure can be extended to the La Plagne (225 km of additional slopes) pistes by taking the Vanoise Express cable car.
The main snowpark is at Arc 1600. However, at Arc 1800, you can enjoy the Mille 8 area. A toboggan run, a children's play area, a discovery piste as well as a freestyle course are some of the features there. For cross-country skiing, 5 km are directly accessible from Arc 1800, but it is very easy to reach the additional 63 km by the ski lift or shuttle bus.
Things to discover in Arc 1800
During your stay at Arc 1800, discover the footpath in the Mille 8 area. This path, located just a stone's throw from Le Lodge restaurant, is an opportunity for an invigorating walk with sumptuous views on Mont Blanc and the Tarentaise valley. You can also stop off at the water sports centre to relax in a Jacuzzi or do a few laps.
The festive atmosphere and ski pistes accessible on foot make Arc 1800 the perfect destination for a skiing holiday full of activities.
