Ski rental Arc 1950
In the heart of the Vanoise massif, Arc 1950 is a pedestrian resort with a breath-taking view of Mont Blanc.
Arc 1950, the chic family resort
Arc 1950 is the latest addition to the Arc villages. Inaugurated in the 2000's, it is inspired by traditional Savoyard architecture. Luxury hotels and luxury residences resemble large, picturesque chalets with colourful facades. With its small squares and pedestrian walkways, Arc 1950 is a resort with a cosy pleasant atmosphere particularly appreciated by families. Small food shops, chic boutiques, bars and restaurants await you for an après-ski between shopping and gourmandising.
The Arc 1950 ski area
Arc 1950 is a true ski-in/ski-out resort that offers direct access to a lovely selection of blue pistes. The Varet 40 gondola lift will take even the most experienced skiers to the start of 3 black pistes perfect for freeriding. Thanks to the 52 ski lifts scattered across the ski area, the 210 km of slopes can be easily covered. You have access to 1 green, 54 blue, 34 red and 18 black pistes. Arc 1950 is also a part of Paradiski, a 450 km ski area that links Les Arcs to La Plagne. Freestyle enthusiasts can head for Arc 1600. For cross-country skiing (classic or skate style), go to Arc 2000, 1800, Peisey-Vallandry or Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
Things to discover in Arc 1950
Arc 1950 was designed for relaxation. During your holiday, you can relax in a 1,000 m² spa. You can also easily reach the Igloo Village located at the departure of the Arcabulle chairlift. There is an ice cave there filled with frosted statues where you can enjoy a drink in a unique setting. Your ski break at Arc 1950 will also be an opportunity to enjoy a dog-sled ride from Le Pré Saint-Esprit.
Arc 1950, a village that is as modern as it is traditional, is a chic family-friendly destination for a skiing holiday with all the mod cons.
